Visual Basic is a language processor, or a program development
environment, or any of several descriptors for programs that
you use to write things in a programming language. It processes
the language Basic, developed at Dartmouth in the mid 60's and
extended in many different ways by hundreds of different processors
that have supported it. Wrote one myself once, in FORTRAN IV for
the IBM/360.
Heh... yourself.
