I have been reading the thread on writers and I've seen it drift into
an interesting subject.
What current standards are people using?
Of course, you design not for a browser but for a standard (but I
have never really done that myself).
Fill in the blanks:
html standard: HTML 4.0
resolution: 800x600
colors:256K (or what would you call this?)
modem speed:56K (each page should download at X speed on X modem)
Has anyone read this HTML 4.0? I think I am still coding in the dark
ages.
