I understand that, but I really am interested in which colors
attract more attention.  On a billboard, black on yellow is the
best.  In print it's black on beige (or a similar neutral color).
 In a retail store, soft colors work best.  Which colors attract
the most attention on the Net?  If I am opening a new store, what
colors would I use?
