Redirect?
What do you mean?
That if it seems to me to be connected to the NT machine I'll be
connected to your Mac, or just that I can connect to your Mac.
At this moment I can't imagine how the difference could be used
but... I'm just curious. Maybe this will help me to understand how
things work a little better.

> thanks for the question and the impetus Ivan!

Impetus? well, I was (and I am) a complete newbie on TCP/IP.
About a week ago I bought my second PC without selling the first.
Of course 1 is VERY different from 2. Starting from that moment I
have had MY first LAN.
It's very useful to have accses to other computer HDs and printer but
I was sure I could do more...
I've tryed and even if I haven't understood why and how things work,
now they work.
My impetus died in the moment things started to work, this is not a
good habit.

I reserve the right to understand in a future moment. Now I have to
return to my "personal C++ lesson, exercises"
