What we've done is to explain to the client why the 640x480 
pixel size is chosen...with particular (at this time) emphasis 
on most notebooks.  If they still insist on using a larger 
format size then we do it.

Its really kinda like the story about the toilet.  A plumber's 
client requests that the toilet be placed on the ceiling.  The 
plumber explains why that is not such a good idea, but the 
client insists that he place it on the ceiling.

Afterwards, the plumber is called back to place the toilet on 
the floor and draws up another contract to do so.
