I find it hard to find actually skilled people period.  If someone is not 
willing to learn WO then I think that they are either thinking about the job 
they will get after this one or not interested in learning something new.  In 
either case, I don't want them.  And I tend to be cautious about people with 
too many certifications.  Passing tests makes you a good student, not a good 
developer.
