Sun owns the trademark and Project Indiana is using that trademark for 
their distro. If the folks at Project Indiana or the Advocacy community 
working with them tell me there is a name change then I will go change 
the name.

I certainly understand the reasons for your suggestion, but the name is 
OpenSolaris Developer Preview until the folks mentioned above tell me 
it's something else.
