There are two issues here, the first one an issue of prominence the second an issue of design & wording. Putting the name aside for a moment, this is a major announcement and people are going to want information about it. That is why it's on the home page. That is why it's the first thing on the Genunix home page as well. Demand and interest are the same reason we created the special "Get the Starter Kit" page a few months back. I suspect no one is arguing this should not have prominent placement on the home page, but if people feel that way they should express those concerns with some level of detail. As for the name itself, the graphics on the site represent what the thing is called. If they change the name I'll update the graphic. It's that simple. Finally, regarding the roadmap graphic, if people feel it's confusing or could be improved (as opposed to just being angry about the name and wanting the whole thing removed), feel free to send a better suggestion to website-content. To be clear, if people want to make constructive suggestions as to how we can better manage site changes, I'd like to here them, but I don't think the name change debate belongs on website-discuss.
