I'd certainly advocate we would only move the groups that wanted to be moved. 
For example, groups like advocacy and local users groups may be better placed 
over at .com. I'd agree a thorough analysis of the content on .org would need 
to 
be done in terms of figuring out what migration plan, if any, needed to be done.

I don't see any reason why that couldn't be covered by the same privacy 
statement. I'm obviously not qualified to comment on that any further.

I guess control is going to be the group of people who do it first - given that 
the domain name is owned by Sun, I'd probably hedge my bets there and some 
project group responsible for it. Nothing stopping some other group from 
registering their own domain and doing it though.
