Sun will be responsible for ownership in the initial creation of the website. Once the initial site has been created (and it's likely to be a phased approach in that regard) there may be an opportunity for more community collaboration, in particular with regard to featured articles and user group participation. Obviously the discussion forums will be an open for all forum. In the creation of such a site, I'm still interested in feedback so we can get off to the best start possible - Sun will obviously have the final say on what that content is.
