We *may* provide a generic 'free-for-all' wiki in the future, but that isn't the purpose of the current project. If there *was* a need to replace genunix, we would have to have a discussion with the owners and users of that site, they would have to agree that it was what they wanted, we'd have to set up an equivalent site and then and they'd have to help us migrate. None of that has happened so far. The intention is that the proposed new portal will provide a WYSIWYG editor, as per the requirements document.
