True. But here is the misunderstanding, I think. My aim was to say "Here
is something that had been discussed a long time ago, even before the
LibreOffice website was created. Have a look - maybe it fits somehow."

Since you once noticed that things get lost on mailing lists (or maybe
people have not been part of the discussions that time), this topic had
been documented for the whole project and everyone who spreads the news
(press, community, ...) - beyond the website team.

Of course, now is the time to provide this information in a more logical
place, so that end-users will benefit from it, too.
