How about a little more information?
In particular, what does the log show? You can increase logging activity by
setting log_success to true.
I assume you turned on rapidfire in weewx.conf?
Your Wunderground section should look like:
[[Wunderground]]
# This section is for configuring posts to the Weather Underground.
# If you wish to do this, set the option 'enable' to true,
# and specify a station (e.g., 'KORHOODR3') and password.
enable = false
station = replace_me
# To guard against parsing errors, put your password in quotes:
password = "replace_me"
# Set the following to True to have weewx use the WU "Rapidfire"
# protocol. Not all hardware can support it. See the User's Guide.
rapidfire = True
log_success = True
Post the log from a restart through the first archive record.
What are you seeing on the WU?
