Yeah, you're probably right. What nags at the back of my head is that if rapidfire works for packets from Vantage stations, then packets that come from other stations that look like they're from Vantage stations ought to work, too. I don't have a philosophical problem with filling all necessary fields with the most recent data, even if that data is absent in the most recent burst from the sensor. After all, how much does barometric pressure change in 18 seconds? I think maybe I'll look into caching and resending most-recent data, on my own. One problem is I don't have any examples of what Vantage data packets should look like. Can you point me toward some examples?
