See now I am hearing something that is a little less jarring to me... By saying:
"again not everyone they arrested may be involved, and there are probably other people
not arrested who are involved" it sounds to me that you are open to the fact that everyone arrested might not deserve to be jailed for the rest of their life.  I felt like you had already locked them up and thrown away the key (in your mind). and it seemed to me to be too early for that.
I felt like you had a knee jerk reaction and was wondering if you really felt that sure of all the details and the punishement that they all deserved.
That was my whole issue.

I think maybe it depends on if there are suspects--again not everyone
they arrested may be involved, and there are probably other people
not arrested who are involved, but they (whoever is in charge of
this) seems to have a pretty good idea of who did this. Didn't they
not have Islamic suspects in Oklahoma City? It seemed to be a case
of trends or whatever--similar things were caused by Islamic
terrorists previously, so statistically it was likely that they would
do this, but they didn't have any evidence. With London they really
seem to have evidence.
