How do you name a cat inadvertently?

My alpha cat (the Hairball God) is Max (I know, I know, exactly the sort of obscure and intellectual name that you'd expect from me), although his full title is Maximilian, Munchkin of Joy. My beta cat is named Karadeniz, which is the Turkish word for the Black Sea (I think it's written somewhere in the Pet Owner's Manual that if you have a black cat, the name must reflect that somewhere - I almost named him Edward of Woodstock, aka the Black Prince, but he just didn't seem like a Ned).

Of course they have plenty of nicknames, and whenever I'm describing their interior monologues to people, Max always come the stoner, and Kara the twitchy stalker-geek.

Perhaps, I've revealed too much.

My cat's name is Seamus. If I were to show him, I'd go with his full
name: Seamus Gwydion Campbell.

He is inadvertently named after Seamus Heaney.
