Details:

Didnt check for any kind of scenario (just mp campaign), but I guess is for
any reload:

First bug is that reload causes sides controlled for AI becomed controlled by
host. This can be solved with a tiresome :droid x for every AI side. However
this will fire another bug, host vision remains as enemy side until get turn,
and this often leads to oos that I guess are caused for movements allied did
under fog.

Finally, multiplayer campaigns always give crashing errors to observes after
transition to a new scenario. In order to solve this players should
save/reload game (wich leads to nasty bugs described above).

To reproduce them, is necessary play a multiplayer campaign in multiplayer
server. I have found them playing add on "World Conquest II".
