Wouldn't it make more sense to first get the ok from the artists and then ask 
the players? Doesn't help us much to propose a change if our artists don't 
want to update the graphics. I think changes which require their work should 
get their approval first.
This is different from adding a new type of animations which can be used. If 
not done, no harm occurs. But here we require art changes to get back to a 
usable state.
