Sure, the question is which set of consequences we think players will like
better. Either:
(a) AMLA is delayed, giving the use a choice but meaning fullheal might
come too late to save the unit, or
(b) We wire in a rule.
The thing is we need to make this choice *before* there is any point in
arguing about the rule.
