I think this patch is the way to go (or something similar, but no one else has provided patches). I'll probably end up committing it myself if no one else does, but some may think my opinion is biased here, so it would be preferable if someone else did it. To summarize the rationale for these changes: the current [EMAIL PROTECTED] translation isn't a translation to Valencian, but to some other language for which no locale exists since it isn't recognised by relevant authorities.
