I agree with Caleb and the rest that a law suit is the way to go right now with a request for an injunction to stop all activities on the said land/property till the matter is sorted out.
If Tullow or “people who give orders from above” are interested in developing Arua town, they should do so in an open and transparent manner in cooperation and partnership with the Arua Municipal authorities and the main stake holders, the people of Arua.
