You should not have to make any additional downloads in order to
register.  Simply follow the activation process in the "eval" copy that
you already have.  Activation turns the eval into the registered.

As for a file size difference,  there was an update to release notes
made shortly after initial release.  No changes to binaries..

Hey, I just followed the link below to attempt to D/L a regestered
version and found the file size to be different that the eval d/l
size... What's the difference between the I've pulled down that would
account for that much file size difference??

You can enter the license key directly into the Evaluation to activate
it into the full purchased version.
