we really do need a way to customize the THEMES of quartz. color changes made for say... sapphire (the white/blue one) are going to look out of place if the user uses slate.
if not only for customizing, but for fixing the broken color choices of some of them themes (*cough*smoke and its yellow text on white*cough*) -chris
