The "Total de Edições feitas por IPs" in first table is "Total of edits made by IPs", which rise from 65748 in March to 107584 in May, an increase of 64%, thanks to the disable of CAPTCHA. With this increase the amount of vandalism has been increased too, but we have no enough users to combat this amount of vandalism. The users who combat vandalism were working harder to avoid the vandalism, thinking that its is a phase, that CAPTCHA will be re-enabled soon. But now these users are giving up, they can not deal with this amount of vandalism, and many articles are been vandalized without the vandalism be reverted. That is the problem. We need something that decrease the amount of IPs edits, because now this is the unique way to decrease the amount of vandalism. If you think better, give us one year or six months to develop better ways to combat vandalism, we have already created a project to study the alternatives.
