It has nothing to do with the format of the timestamp added after it, and that should NOT depend on the user signing the message, but on the user reading it ! And don't forget that LiquiqThread is not unversally adopted, and has no use in many pages where we must still be able to sign, such ad community vote pages. Finally, many users don't want LiquidThreads in their own talk page.
