Hmm, actually Dave has been using Wikieducator since March 2007 with a large
amount of work since then:

Knowing Dave, I suspect he may be worrying about how he is going to get his
staff and other's in his subject area to engage..

In my view, the easiest way would be to send out Word of Open Office
Templates that people can fill out and then he/we could wiki text them from
there...
