I'm actually experiencing this very problem with my current project. I put a
bunch of effort into exploring the wiki format and converting our existing
ideas into our new wiki. I found such explorations really neat, and really
enjoyed it, but I've had to put the project on hold recently due to sickness
and needing to catch up on school work. Unfortunately, it seems that no one
else in the project shares my enthusiasm for using the wiki and we've had
very little involvement from anyone other than myself and the project
founder.

I recently ran across the idea of
'wiki-raids<http://www.greenchameleon.com/gc/blog_detail/thinking_about_wikis_and_wiki_raids/>',
which basically consist of getting a bunch of people into a single room with
a bunch of computers and dedicating some time to developing (some segment
of) a wiki. We're planning on trying this out sometime soon.

We've also been exploring how best to lay out a project on a wiki so that it
is accessible and invites collaboration. Gladys' list of 'Aspects that must
be covered in a main page' will defintely get incorperated at some point.
(I'm also hopeing to spend some time exploring what has worked for other
projects on WikiEducator, just as soon as I get better and have a break in
classes.)

As always, it's really interesting to hear what everyone else has to say.
