Hi Peter, You raise a good point - by exactly what criteria are works featured....I gather there are many levels, and perhaps the first level, is the one where the Community votes, and then up the path towards a 'rigorous assessment', etc.
Regarding WE becoming an exemplar of mass collaborative OERs, I believe there are multiple ways that we can achieve this goal ~ most of which can be supportive and reinforcing.
