Hi Peter and others,

Wow ~ a whole lot of work has gone into this ~ many nuances in the featured
resource process.

What I was thinking is something relatively simple, maybe a parallel, linked
and phased track ~ where a community of peers gather to nominate a project,
to be featured.

Upon reading the work that's been done by Peter and others, I'm thinking
that maybe there could be two (or more) types of featured projects: (1) a
community project; and (2) a project that's gone through the extensive
review process as articulated in the pages Peter has provided.

Another point:

We ought to consider partnering with others who have competencies in this
area, and are able to respect the copyright considerations that we have on
WE.
