Also worth pointing out you need teachers with curriculum experience developing the stuff. I don't know how many curricula people have viewed but since the 90s they are less prescriptive and contain lots of "eduspeak" and gobbledygook and *assume* a lot of content. Also it's no longer sufficient just to teach something, teachers have to mentally be able to tick off all the boxes on all these criteria that are supposed to be met by the package.
