Sunil, Thanks for once again confirming that Wikipedia India Trust had no role in former WMF India programs.
My intention is not to investigate if WMF adhered to local laws while running the program but to highlight that community led programs with WMF grants are no different in execution from WMF run programs like IEP. Ravi
