Sir Hugh, etal,

2 years ago, I purchased a NEW computer. Built locally.
The local store was actually 1 of 3 stores in 3 different towns.

Right now, I'm waiting for the next OS so I can purchase a legit copy.
If I use something, I like to pay for it.

3 months ago, I found out that my XP-Pro was pirated.
All 3 of the stores are now out of business.
I don't feel it's right that the store ripped off Microsoft.

What can an innocent customer do?

Robert

Does this account for the 17 million bootleg copies of XPpro that's
installed on those 19 million computers?
