It isn't exactly clear what you're asking here.  But some possibilities:
you can use a public terminal [e.g., at a library].  Or you can find 
someplace nearby that has allows wireless access and link in that way.  
If you're up for big expense, you can lease a private line that'll 
connect you directly to the internet.
