Unlikely, the from field will typically have the smtp envelope as created by
your email client. However, the ISP's mail server will add additional headers
to identify that their mail server received the mail from your machine and
the transmitted it onwards. Each mailserver along the way will typically add
it's own header.

The isp name you see, is usually the name your isp has in their dns for the
machine (or wan interface of your router) that you are sending the mail from.
