Excel 97 on an XP Pro SP1 machine.

Problem - file saved in Shared Documents by someone with admin rights can be
opened by person with limited access. However, if a modification is made,
it can not be saved with the same file name. (Save As works fine if name is
changed).

I thought that the purpose of the Shared Documents folder was to make files
accessible to everyone. Is my logic wrong? What can I do to make it work
so anyone can use the Save function, regardless of limited access.

Al

p.s. The reason I want to do this, is so I can access the file and change
it regardless of whether I'm logged in as admin or limited (this is a home
computer so other people are not a problem).
