See if the BIOS will let you "crank down" the CPU voltage a notch
or two. I just did that with an AMD Socket A (Soyo-2.6G) and it went
from no boot to working perfect.
It used to even freeze on the BIOS setup screens, and now it just ran
the MS memory diagnostic 154 times.
