James Are you just trying to save in PDF? What about trying Open Office - save as PDF.
Our graphic artist is creating forms in PDF that will be given to experienced teachers who will be evaluating student teachers in the field. They need to be able to save the data and e-mail the completed forms to a program coordinator. The graphic artist created some beautiful forms then discovered se couldn't save the data. Some of the teachers will be using MAC's with OS-X and can open the forms in Preview and save the data. I'm looking for a similar solution for the Windows users. I'd like it to be free since the teachers already have to buy supplies for their classrooms out of their own pockets already. I'm IT support for the department that is supporting the project coordinator.
