We have the version that will do that. (Got it for less then $159, "educational discount".) I already suggested exporting the data to an Excel spreadsheet or a database, but the coordinator wants the forms to put in a filing cabinet. You know how us old codgers are! ;-)

I don't know if the following will help, but...

If they have MS Office XP or 2003 (don't know about earlier versions), Print the filled-in form to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" print driver. This creates an image file on the hard drive, network server, CD, or DVD, in TIFF or MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) format that can then be emailed. The coordinator can then print out the file to store in a filing cabinet.

I was able to "print" an Acrobat form that could not normally be saved with the filled in data. I then emailed it to myself, then printed it out. So I have a file and paper copy of the form.
