I understand that, Hugh, but it was more the response that was the issue. I
realize they will have to upgrade or regress to the dark ages.

Our bank just did a major upgrade of their online banking software which

Now that you mention online banking and upgrades. We have one mortgage
account with Wells Fargo. I attempted to access the account a couple of
weeks ago and it wouldn't let me in, stating that I was not using an
approved browser and that they only support IE. I am using IE7 Beta. Called
their "tech support"(lower case intentional) and after five minutes of "we
don't support any 'off brand' browser, Firefox included" and asking whether
they would soon include IE7 the statement was "if it's important we will
look at it". I then asked if I was actually talking with Tech Support or
the
Sales Department......this did not go over very well....but so goes life.
Just thought I would pass on the experience.

C'mon Jeff
How many people have got IE7 and how many will get it and use it. When
Vista is born then the upgrades will happen but not before that.

Remember. You may honestly believe that you understood everything
you thought I said but what you thought you heard wasn't
exactly what I said.
