Sales = It's supported. [We just *sell* stuff. TS should be handling support. Them TS people don't know sh**.]

tech support = It's not supported. [We don't support what we don't know. Them sales people don't know sh**.]

Customer Service = We don't care. We gots your money. Next... [Another dissatisfied customer. We did our job. Them sales and TS people don't know sh**.]
