Hello again.... I tried a different modem (external) with the same results. 
Connected to my ISP and then no further. The error message is "Cannot Find 
Server" in the browser and "Unable to find address of server" in Agent email.

Here is what ipconfig /all says:

  IP Routing Enabled: No
  WINS Proxy Enabled: No

  Dhcp Enabled: No
  IP Address: 216.106.105.56
  Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
  Default Gateway: 216.106.105.56
  DNS Servers: 192.168.3.3
               192.168.2.2
  NetBIOS over Tcpip: Disabled
