It will trump the "no AD" argument if "they" (whoever the hell
"they" are) do not KNOW the "reserved bandwidth" argument is
bogus. I don't know what the "pecking" order is at the
non-profit. If the IT person has final approval, then forget
it. If you are presenting arguments to a governing board or
something like that (or to the IT person), then the best tactic
would be to disprove the argument the IT person is presenting,
instead of the "no AD or file/printer sharing", which have
****NOTHING**** to do with QoS. QoS is what she is basing her
argument on... NOT ADs or sharing.
