Probably -
The question is what for
New monitor,
new interface cable
New video board
New motherboard

What warrantee is still applicable?

Have you checked the menu does not work if the screen is not connected to a
PC

Check with the manufacturer if it should show the menu facilities if not
connected to a system

Will the system show the boot initiation process ( or BIOS values) when
using another display
(get one from a store that will let you return it - no questions asked -
just hand over the receipt and unit in its packing within 16? days)
If so - then it's the display that's gone - keep the one you just got

If not - then will the display show anything connected to another system
(Laptop whatever) using a cable that you know works - or is the interface
cable permanently part of the screen

Does your system have an addin video board, or is the display run from the
motherboard

Can you fit a videoboard and get the system to use it's connection (for
viewing the BIOS) it instead of the probably faulty video connection

By now, you should have an idea of what you need to buy
