Try leaving the PC on for 5 minutes to see if power saving feature is on.
Try jiggling the mouse and tap a key or two to wake it up. The monitor
maybe on power save mode.

This morning when I turned on my computer the indicator light on my
monitor was blinking. It didn't change when I turned on the computer.

I powered down both and checked all connections and reconnected them.
Powered up and the same thing happened. I have powered down and let
it stay off for quite a while and the same thing.

I have searched various web sites and they all say to do about what I've
already done.

I hate to go to the trouble of hooking it up to another computer, so
thought I'd run it by the list first.

Thanks for any pointers.

Regards,

Jim
