outdated verbiage, can't agree with the author at all, like this quote:

MS backed down on that 1 DAYS ago, you merely have to agree to use ONE
installation of your ONE copy of Vista at a time, which the author then
acknowledges but "disbelieves"!. And his vm comments ignore the fact
you're not STOPPED from running vista on a virtual machine, MS just dont
condone it.  And this makes him sound amateurish:
I say this: Microsoft, you don't hold dominion over all software. I
reserve the right to use software I've purchased on any system I own.

he bought a a licence, not the software :)
