Hello Rick,
We are currently working on kernels for Mandrake 7.2. We have
a test kernel RPM available in the Mandrake 7.2 FAQ on our site.
It is not yet an official RPM, as it has not gone through system
test yet, but if it passes it will become our official kernel
for Mandrake 7.2. It has worked on some test systems here.
Usually, the reason a Win4Lin kernel automatically reboots like
you describe is because the NR_TASKS value in
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/tasks.h has not been modified. The
default value of this is 4090, but it needs to be lowered to below
3834 in order to accomodate Win4Lin.
