I just looked for your support incident and was unable to find your support
request.
When you filled out the web form and submited the question, you
should have received an automated response back with a case number, within
a few minutes.
You can respond directly back to me with any information you may have, such
as case id,
name / email address you used when submitting your query, and I'll check it
out further.
If you have problems with the web form, as an alternative you can send
email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
It ends up in the same place and you'll still get an auto response with a
case number (in approximately
15 minutes).
But to answer your question about 2.4, we don't have a set time line at
this time.
