A good answer to this is that such information is rather excruciating to
wait for since Netraverse has only recently become better at list/customer
communication. People would rather ask, and have something they feel is a
more gratifying answer than just simply waiting and being told. Kind of
like when you go to a store and someone's on the phone. They're their to
serve you, ring you up or whatever, but when you get to the counter they
tell you to wait, even though you know they know what you want. Rather
off-putting I'd say.
