Hello Bill,

RealPlayer works with Win4Lin, however because recent 
versions require DirectDraw for video (which Win4Lin 
does not surpport), it only works with audio.

As for Speak Freely, I checked out their website and it
appears to require sound input. Win4Lin does not yet support
this. However, it also looks like they're working on a 
Unix/X version of Speak Freely, so perhaps you will
be able to use it under Native Linux soon!
