No, but www.thekompany.com has a GPL'ed product called Rekall that is
basically and Access-like program for linux.  It can use MySQL or
PostgreSQL for it's backend.  Instead of Visual Basic it used python
(which I understand is very good for this sort of thing).  It requires KDE
2.1.1, I think.

They also have a product for sale called kapital, which is a quicken-like
program for linux.  I understand it's reasonably compatible with quicken,
although probably not integratable at all with turbotax.  Kapital is a
very nice, professional product.
